On Wednesday's the famous Rochdale Judo Club Seniors BASH night has returned. You wanna get fit? You wanna have a scrap? Come along and join in. You'll be made very welcome.
On a sad note, we lost our pal and fellow Coach, Mick Armstrong 3rd Dan, during the long lockdown period. Mick lost his battle with cancer and didn't get to see the Club refurbished, reopened and full again with Judokas from all around the Rochdale area. RIP Mick. A fondly remembered colleague.
