Observers of Waterways Lengths (OWLS)

There are now several volunteers who between them cover the full length of the canal tow path as it passes through Littleborough.

These “OWLS” (Observers of Waterways Lengths) are associated with Littleborough Canalside Development Group and are supported by the Canal and River Trust.
