The Alzheimer's Society Milnrow Memory Wellbeing Cafes meets on the first Tuesday of the month from 1.30pm - 3.30pm at Butterworth Hall, New Street, Milnrow OL16 3PE.
Milnrow Memory Wellbeing Cafe offers people living in Milnrow and surrounding areas an opportunity to get together with people facing similar challenges, who are able to share their experiences and learn from each other.
Alzheimer's Soceity Memory Wellbeing Cafes regularly invite guest speakers, from various organisations, who provide information on the help and support available in the borough, not only for people living with dementia but also their family and carers.
While no doubt many people attend the cafes for the information and support that's available, others just want to relax and enjoy the company of others in a place they can be themselves.
