73rd Meeting – Tuesday 21st September 2010.

Minutes of meeting 17th August 2010 were misplaced. JFK’s notes approved
Obstruction at Schofield St. - RMBC say they can do nothing. Local police to speak to Mechplant
Towpath - Already deteriorating at Pike House and Belfield. No disabled access. Report due in October. Tow Path too narrow for cyclists.
Waste Water Campaign Chelburn Reservoir is being kept at a low level and water is running to waste at Blackstone Edge
Durn Marina Views expressed that included in the design should be :-
a. Facilities to work on Boats including a Dry Dock
b. No actual buildings on Green Belt Land
c. A craning point and hard standing with covered facility
d. Improved sanitary station
A sketch of our proposals in needed and discussion with the developer about how this fitted in with their plans.
We were not yet ready to submit a Feasibility plan to BW and JFK would seek a further extension
