Female Box - Fit Sessions
Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
Female only boxing based fitness sessions.
Thursday 7.00pm - 8.15pm.
Male and Female boxing based fitness sessions.
Are you looking to keep fit but find the old fitness routine boring? Why don’t you come and give our non-contact boxing sessions a try. These classes are far removed from the aerobic “boxercise” sessions offered by most fitness clubs and personal trainers. This is the “real deal”, where you will be taught by a Level 2 England Boxing Coach that has over 40 years worth of experience.
