Code of Conduct
The behaviour of our boxers, both in and outside of our gym, directly reflects on this club, its volunteers and other boxers. We expect our members to represent the club in a positive manner and set an example in our behaviour for all other sports clubs to follow.
Here are our guidelines:
- Respect the gym. Leave things as you find them, this includes not taking things that are not yours.
- Respect other people. Don’t mess with anyone’s belongings, don’t interfere with their workout and don’t be a pest.
- There will be no sparring without head guards, mouth guards and supervision.
- No foul language.
- You are here to workout. This is not a playground.
- If you see something out of place please put it back where it belongs.
- Remember that the people running the gym are volunteers. They don’t have to be here. Please try to do what you can to make their job easier.
- You know the difference between right and wrong. If you don’t please ask a coach.
- Stay away from drugs, alcohol and anything else that may get you into trouble. Stay strong, train hard and help yourself and this club achieve your goals.
- Parents are welcome to drop off their children and collect them at the end of the session. There is also a seating area should parents wish to stay and watch. It is strictly forbidden for any parent to interfere in the session.
