John Finigan Siddal Moor’s Site Manager retires after 13 years of service
John Finnigan, Siddal Moor’s Site Manager, retired on Friday, 30 January after 13 years of dedicated service to the School.
John witnessed many changes to the school over the years but the Building Schools for the Future programme, finished in 2012, was the most demanding and rewarding of them all.
John was a very popular member of staff and this was clearly evident when staff and pupils gathered on Friday to celebrate his retirement and to say goodbye.
Students presented John with a farewell card and Caroline Knight, Business Manager, presented John with cards and gifts from Staff and Governors.
