Chance to swim free for a year with Link4Life London 2012 challenge

Date published: 11 July 2012

Link4Life are offering the chance to swim free for a year for three lucky people with their Go4It Big Time London 2012 challenge.

There are three annual swimming passes to be won for Link4Life pools in a competition to guess how many medals Team GB will win at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The Team GB squad will take part in all 26 sports with around 550 athletes. The predictions are for the total number of bronze, silver and gold medals to be won overall.

John Taylor, Link4Life’s Head of Sports & Community Services said: “We are encouraging people to make 2012 the year they do something new. The Go4it Big Time challenge lets you set your own personal goal for 2012 and how it can be achieved and there are lots of runner up prizes to be won.

Entries for the competition are online at www.link4life.org/bigyear

The closing date is Friday 27 July – the day of the Olympic opening ceremony – and entries are welcome from all ages.

Entry forms are also available at Link4Life main centres.
