Serious incident: Manchester Road, Castleton closed

5.00pm: Due to a serious incident Manchester Road between the traffic lights at Silk Street/Bolton Road (Tesco) and Gypsy Lane is closed.
Traffic is being redirected down Gypsy Lane/Royle Road/Royle Barn Road and there are long delays. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
