Wardle village church
Serving the Anglican Parish of Wardle and Smallbridge and the Methodist Church in Wardle this Sunday we welcome Mr. Graham Heapy to lead our service at 10.45am with Sunday Club upstairs at the same time. Everyone welcome.
Mother and Baby/Toddler group continue on a Monday and Wednesday from 9.30am-Noon. Come along and enjoy the activities, songs and get-togethers with refreshments served for £1 adults and 50p youngsters. Each Wednesday Surestart are invited to come along and join in with the activities.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed towards the Christian Aid appeal last week. The amount raised will be posted shortly. Thank you especially to the volunteer distributors and collectors of the envelopes.
Watch out for details of the Littleborough Churches Together Pentecost walk which will be held on Sunday 27 May, starting at 1.30pm from St. Andrews' Dearnley and walking to Hare Hill Park Littleborough for a Service followed by Children's activities and entertainment. More details next week.
