The pupils did some exercise in the hydrotherapy pool and on the trampoline. The class took a trip to Oswaldtwistle Mill to have a look round in the shops and got some great ideas for Art lessons. The group went to Mandale Park again and worked even harder, this time the weather wasn’t great and they all got wet.

Some students in years 1, 2 and 3 took part in Mock Interview Morning with representatives from local companies, the interviews were to prepare the students for their actual Work Placement Interview.

All students came dressed to impress and had the opportunity to chat to representatives and tell them about the things there are proud to have achieved here in 6th Form and experience a real interview situation.

A big thank you to Marie, Jodie and Kathryn from Connexions for leading the day. The morning was an invaluable experience for all our students but more importantly had an opportunity to experience and prepare themselves for their real interviews which take place in May.

A big thank you to all our visitors who also had a wonderful morning and commented on how well the morning was run and how enthusiastic the students were.

We look forward to seeing our visitors again next year.
