Details:

Producing on the Streets: a 2 hour workshop that explores how to make work for urban streets and rural landscapes. Led by Executive Producer Jodie Ratcliffe, participants will delve into the nuances of making work in outdoor settings - looking at everything from the initial idea all the way through to delivery to a live audience.

This taster workshop is most useful for people who already have an interest in producing, and will benefit those who might want to try producing for the outdoors for the first time.

Jodie Ratcliffe is a Creative Producer based in Greater Manchester, with 10 years of experience delivering arts events in the GM boroughs. She has worked at HOME during its opening years and led on the annual 'PUSH Festival' which celebrates local talent, as well as Producing an opening light show ('First Breath') for the new Aviva Studios and the opening of Manchester International Festival 2023 ('Each Tiny Drop').

In recent years, Jodie has supported the growth of Rochdale-based production company Breaking Barriers as their Executive Producer, overseeing their outdoor community projects, films and monologues as well as the opening of a new Artist Studio & Rehearsal space in the heart of Rochdale (Richard Street Studios).
