Swim sessions (continue throughout winter)
- Sunday mornings 9-10am Rochdale Central Leisure Centre
- Tuesday evenings 8-9pm Middleton Arena
- Thursday evenings 9-10pm Middleton Arena
Rochdale Triathlon Club is a Star Mark and Club Mark accredited club. As a member you are able to receive top class coaching from qualified coaches.
