I am 21 years old and currently studying Business Management at University. I am a self-motivated and positive person that likes to interact and meet new people. I am standing for the Lib Dems to make a difference in Spotland & Falinge as we never see our councillors until its election time. One of the sitting Councillors has chosen to stand somewhere else- what does that say to local people?
As a wheelchair user, I better understand all the requirement needs each person has, and identify with the problems they may have in the future. Everyone's needs are different and it’s not just the physical needs. I encounter emotional needs and mental health issues on a day to day basis in our community, and we need to deliver health services that treat physical and mental health on an equal basis.
I believe with the help of the community we can make change and I will strive to make Spotland & Falinge a safer, greener and cleaner place for everyone to live. The Conservatives cannot win in Spotland, so a vote for them actually helps Labour. Vote for real change on May 5th. Vote Lib Dem
