Pensioners these days!

I absolutely howled with laughter this morning at a remark from my 10-year-old grandson Ryan, which I thought I would share with you.
His football training had been cancelled due to the snow, so we were discussing him playing out with his football and I told him not to play in certain areas so as not to annoy people.
"Ok gran so were can I play then?" Erm well not many places I could tell him really without getting chased off or shouted at.
So why can't I play here , why can't I play there? I said just not to annoy the elderly.
Well that doesn't leave me anywhere then does it gran! Clutching his beloved football he shrugged his shoulders and shook his head , raised his eyebrows and muttered :
"I don't know pensioners these days."
What a change from hearing "youth these days"!
It really made me chuckle.
