Time to stop passing the blame!

Isn't it time to stop passing the blame on correctness to everything on the NHS staff, don't you think we already know the importance of hand washing?
Isn't it about time they admitted we have a national crisis regarding this Notovirurus epidemic!
Is this not again just passing the buck onto the staff because they don't know how to handle it ?
Do they not think NHS staff really don't want to catch this bug either!
Don't they realise handwashing is important to us all, and to have to undergo a handwashing interview and obtain a sticker with a tick is a damn ruddy insult!
Everyone working in the NHS is as concerned about thier own health as well as the patients so it is about time they stopped passing the blame and dealt with the real problem.
Every year the NHS has to cope with nasty bugs and virus's, every year it is getting worse, no amount of money can or will stop it from happening,
Up-to-date it has affected over 3 million people!
God help us all when we have limited services to deal with them!
