The Tree of Life

This year for the first time ever a tree was placed at the entrance of the Rochdale Infirmary for people to write a message to a loved one for whatever reason, being in hospital, just to say hello, or to say goodbye to a loved one.
It has proved a huge success with well over 500 messages written. I myself found it nice to write a note to all the close people in my life that I have loved and lost - my dear son, my dad and my closest friends.
So just to say thank you, and maybe we could do such a rememberance tree all year through, it really does help to be able to share a life lost.
I met and made many friends writing a loving message, we shared many happy memories in remembering our loved ones and friends.
