Dear Councillor Hobhouse,
Have you not yet found the edition of the Heywood Advertiser in which you allege I said I had received 1000 complaints in the first week of AWC?
Sorry to be such a pain on this matter, but obviously as you have written an open letter to me asking me to apologise to Environment Officers for the comments you said I made, I need clarification as to what exactly you want me to apologise for.
In particular, I need clarification because you have gone public with your allegations on a number of occasions since the summer, in Full Council and on Rochdale Online.
So, for the third time of asking, what was the date of the edition and on which page were the comments you say I made?
