Hamer Youth Group and Rochdale firefighters raise £330

Hamer Youth Group volunteers and Rochdale firefighters raised £330 via a charity car wash on Sunday (28 June).
From 10.00am-2.00pm, motorists were able to visit the fire station at Halifax Road, Rochdale and get their vehicles cleaned in return for making a donation to the Mayor's charities and fire fighter's charity.
Spokesperson for Hamer Youth Group, Sohail Hussain said: “I would like to thank the fire service for supporting us in this charity car wash.
“I also would like to thank the volunteers for their support and the general public for their kind donations.”
