For this year’s Hospice to Hospice walk the fundraising team are hoping to see 300 walkers get involved and hope to raise £8,200. So far around 150 walkers have signed up.

A new fundraising walk called the ‘Foggy Walk’ should be ready to launch soon.

The team are currently working on a Spring/Summer newsletter.

Woman of Rochdale

Nominations for the Woman of Rochdale ended yesterday (Friday 27 March). The award will be presented to this year’s Woman of Rochdale on Friday 24 April. Tickets for the event are selling fast.

Go Green Day

The Hospice have received their last delivery of merchandise for this year’s Go Green Day. Thanks to Rochdale Online Managing Director Pauline Journeaux, the Hospice will be selling car flags which have been described as “fantastic”.

The fundraising team want people to know that Go Green day can be as easy as you like. You can put flags on your car or buy badges or it can be as complicated as you like.

This year Go green Day will be held on Friday 15 May.

If you would like a fundraising pack, they will be ready to send out next week. Contact Lillie Winterbottom at the Hospice:
