Jonni Allen at RFU ‘All Schools’ shirt unveiling at Twickenham

Date published: 03 March 2015

Jonni Allen represented Oulder Hill at the RFU ‘All Schools’ shirt unveiling at Twickenham as part of the Six Nations game against Italy.

On the day, Jonni met Emily Scarrett and Sarah Hunter, two of England’s Rugby World Cup winners, then took part in dress rehearsals on the pitch before being escorted very quickly to form a guard of honour at the Lion Gates where both teams entered the stadium.

Jonni had a photo with the Women’s World Cup before lining up in the tunnel at the side of the pitch in front of 82,000 people.

He then entered onto the pitch as the band played Jerusalem, lining up under the posts with an England flag and staying on the pitch for the National Anthem.

To top the day off, England won the game 47-17.

In total, 100 schools across England had the opportunity to represent their school at the event.
