Rochdale town centre Covid testing centre moves

Date published: 28 November 2020

The Covid-19 testing centre at Rochdale town hall car park is being moved to Rochdale Leisure Centre car park, as the car park it is currently on is closing for the town hall restoration.

The testing centre at the town hall will offer its last day of testing on Monday 30 November.

A new testing centre will open on Thursday 3 December on the car park of Rochdale Leisure Centre, Entwisle Road, close to Rochdale town centre.

If you need a test on Tuesday 1 December or Wednesday 2 December you can still get tested at Heywood Civic Centre or Market Place car park in Middleton.

All three testing sites are open 8am-8pm seven days a week.

To book a Covid-19 test visit nhs.uk/coronavirus or call 119.

Rochdale Leisure Centre will be open from Thursday 3 December and the back of the car park will be available for public use.
