A Rochdale health store has joined forces with a local charity branch to reach out to the homeless and vulnerable during the winter season, by providing free bags of winter essentials.

Whitworth Road-based Hench Supplements has teamed up with One Nation, based on Milkstone Road, to give out free bags consisting of hats, gloves, socks, toiletries and protein bars to those in need.

They are inviting anyone who is in need to visit the Hench store at 74 Whitworth Road and collect a bag.
