Rochdale will pay its respects to those who made sacrifices in defence of the country at Sunday’s Remembrance Day Services and Parades. Commemorations will be held with events happening in the borough all weekend.

Christmas Market 2019 – All-in-One Garden Centre, Fri 8 & Sat 9 November, 9am – 5pm

65 independent traders will be selling a range of goods plus Rock Choir and St John’s Thornham School will be singing on Friday. Wise Owls Birds of Prey will be in store Saturday.

Milad Procession - Start at Crawford Street Mosque, 11am

Rochdale Muslims will mark the Holy Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, Milad un Nabi on Saturday. The annual Holy Procession will end at Gracie Fields statue, The Esplanade.
