Itsham Ishtiaq charged after threatening to stab police

Itsham Ishtiaq, of Briar Street, Rochdale, has been charged and remanded for affray after threatening to stab police officers with a knife he was brandishing.
The 20-year-old has also been charged with driving offences, dangerous driving, failure to stop, no licence and no insurance.
