Kitchen fire on Bingley Road

A fire in the kitchen of a mid-terraced house on Bingley Road, Rochdale on Friday (19 May) involved a grill pan.
Fire crews from Rochdale and Littleborough used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the fire and a ventilation fan to clear smoke.
The cooker and units were removed by crews and they also carried out a thermal scan to detect gas.
