Stolen cat - have you seen Harrison?

Date published: 19 April 2017

Have you seen Harrison?

His owner, Danny Schofield, believes Harrison, a British Blue, has been stolen after he has been told several times a woman has been spotted with a similar cat on a lead in Rochdale centre. Harrison has been missing for about three or four weeks.

He believes Harrison, who is four-years-old, may have been renamed ‘Sheba’, due to his resemblance to the cat featured in the Sheba cat food adverts. His beloved cat has returned home to the Falinge area on several separate occasions with a collar and ‘Sheba’ name tag.

Danny said: “We need him back. He is well known in the community and I need the public’s help to find him. He is loved and missed by many on the estate. He’s been spotted a few times in Rochdale centre on a lead; we believe he has been stolen because of his breed.”

Harrison is microchipped, but is still registered to his previous owner at a Scottish address.

Danny says the police can’t help him until he locates Harrison or the lady.
