A video recording of a New Year's Eve party in Littleborough Trades Hall 30 years ago has been posted online.

The video was recorded by Friends of Hare Hill Park member David Woodhead in 1985 and shows party goers enjoying a live band and having a great time welcoming in the New Year.

Tracey Tuksa said "What a fabulous look back, many faces I recognise, some sadly gone now, how lovely for their families to watch though."

Richard Deaville said: "Great video, thanks for uploading, it's a little time capsule."

Nathan King, whose grandparents ran the club at the time, said "Amazing. You can see my Nan behind the bar and my mum's sister makes an appearance with her pom poms with my Nan's sister Margaret and her husband getting on stage for his birthday."

Can you see yourself or family members on the video?

(Please note: there is some mild language).
