Motorists are advised there is heavy traffic westbound on the M62 between J20, Rochdale and J19, Heywood, this morning (Thursday 10 January) because of flooding.

Traffic leaving the motorway at Junction 21 (Milnrow) is also being disrupted due to an accident on the slipway involving a motorbike and a van.
