Fun day at Middleton care home raises over £500 for residents’ day out

A fun day at a Middleton care home has raised more than £500 for a residents’ day out.
Residents of Middleton Hall Care Home are now looking forward to a trip to Chadderton Park and a day in Blackpool as a result of the day.
Carer Gavin Vitler, who underwent a sponsored chest and leg wax on the day, said: “We raised £350 with the sponsored wax and another £190 on a cake sale.”
Middleton Hall Care Home is a private residence that provides both long and short-term residential care for those over the age of 60.
