Play area at St Martin's View

Residents at St Martin's View, Castleton, are frustrated at the time it is taking to complete the play area near the Ark Royal area of the estate.
A spokesperson for Barratt Homes Manchester said: “Prior to the opening of the play area at St Martin’s View, it has come to light that some engineering works are required to the canal wall.
“These works have recently been agreed with the Canal and River Trust and are currently being put out to tender.
“We appreciate the patience of residents throughout this process, and anticipate that the play area will be complete by summer.”
