The KS1 and EYFS Nativity productions take place on Tuesday 12 December at 2.20pm and Wednesday 13 December at 9.25am.

Parents of EYFS and KS1 children are welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing many of you in school for these performances. Doors will be shut promptly, and we will be unable to admit anybody late as this is off-putting for the children so can parents please make sure that they set off well in time to avoid disappointment.

Our annual Christmas Fair takes place on Wednesday 13 December from 3.15pm to 4pm. Can parents please make sure all children are collected as normal before coming along to the fair. We look forward to seeing everyone there. If there are any last-minute donations of toys and books to sell, please bring these in by Tuesday at the latest. Thank you.

The Christmas Day Dinner will be on Thursday 14 December for the children who normally have a school dinner.

Children and teachers may come to school dressed in their Christmas Jumpers on Friday 15 December.

The Headteachers from Marland Hill and Stanley Rd Schools were in school on Thursday 7 December to undertake a teaching and learning evaluation. They were, as always, very positive about the work going on in classrooms, the children’s behaviour and the general atmosphere around the learning in school. We work in partnership with our fellow IPLCN schools to evaluate, reflect and constantly improve and we are grateful to our partner schools for their input. Thank you Marland Hill and Stanley Road.
