Siddal Moor has been shortlisted as a Skills for Business Award Finalist 2017
Siddal Moor has been shortlisted as a Skills for Business finalist for the second consecutive year.
Hosted by Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network, the awards recognise and celebrate the direct impact learning has on businesses, individuals and communities in Greater Manchester.
Siddal Moor has been nominated and shortlisted in the Education Business Partnership of the Year Award category which recognises the work that the school does with employer and business partners as part of their careers education, information and guidance program, through which a record number of apprenticeship placements were secured for 2016-17 Siddal Moor school leavers.
The finals take place on the 30 November 2017.
A spokesperson said: "We are keeping fingers crossed for successful news."
