McCarthy and Stone plans a retirement living scheme in Bamford
An application to redevelop land off Norden Road, Bamford, with a retirement living development has been submitted to the Council.
If approved the development will include 30 one and two-bedroom apartments, on-site parking and landscaped gardens.
Ian Wilkins, Regional Managing Director at developer McCarthy and Stone (North West) Region said: “We are pleased with the final plans and we believe retirement living apartments will improve the range of local accommodation in Bamford, whilst freeing up larger family homes in the area.”
