Mr Corns has been working in the business of architecture for over 25 years and is now ready to offer his services to local residents, as well as people further afield.
Phil Corns Architectural Services is a one stop shop for your architectural needs.
The company can draw up plans, offer advice on building and planning regulation and will even submit plans to the Local Authority for you.
Services can be offered to those looking for an extension to their house or for people looking to start a building from scratch.
Mr Corns offers free quotes to those interested in using his company and offers a service that would see him advise perspective clients on costs to the Local Authority, surveys and drawings.
Mr Corns has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has worked for architectural companies in Manchester for a number of years.
Phil Corns Architectural Services is based in Rochdale, but are more than happy to help those outside of the area.
