Calling Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Carers - 30 apprenticeships available with Rochdale Training

Date published: 20 July 2022

Rochdale Training currently has over 30 apprenticeship vacancies in various industries including engineering, business administration, childcare, health care, and teaching assistant roles.

The Ofsted-rated Good training provider is asking mums, dads, grandparents, and carers to help spread the word to younger family members.

Apprenticeships

An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you'll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career. Apprenticeships are an exciting option - you get hands-on training and the chance to put your skills into practice.

There are also 20 work placement positions with quality employers via our Traineeship and Princes Trust courses.

Business Administration/Customer Service Traineeship

Business administration and customer service are the backbone of any company. Day-to-day tasks might involve putting together spreadsheets, typing up important documents, fielding phone calls or taking minutes at board meetings. You might start out in an entry-level position, such as working as an office junior, receptionist or administrator, but you can work your way up to become a personal secretary, an administration executive, or even an office manager.

Rochdale Training is supporting candidates to get quality work experience and skills training with local employers. The traineeship is a pre-employment course, which is a flexible education and training programme with work experience that unlocks the great potential of candidates, and will prepare them for future careers.

Work experience will be delivered via Rochdale Training's contacts with 350 companies across Greater Manchester, and learners will be guaranteed interviews for business apprenticeships.
