Rochdale Training secures £1 million to train your existing workforce

Date published: 06 September 2016

Rochdale Training has secured £1 million to deliver training to your existing workforce.

All training is fully accredited and each employee will receive an Individual Learning Plan with support every step of the way from a Rochdale Training Assessor.

Starting at level 2 for junior members of the team, we can go up to level 5 and foundation degree level for senior employees.

The training on offer is aimed at juniors, senior employees and volunteers.

The level of qualification will reflect the level of responsibility the employee/volunteer has in the workplace.

The majority of training is delivered flexibly in the workplace with 12 visits over 12 months.

Rochdale Training will complete a Free Skills Health Check for employers.

We will review your skills gaps and develop a training and development programme to meet the needs of your business.

Our qualifications are designed to fast-track personal progression and target training to individual needs.
