Poppet the baby goat loves Bond & Co Estates, Rochdale’s new letting agent business

Date published: 01 April 2016

There is a new letting agents in town – and they are getting so much interest that even some baby farm animals have popped in to say hello.

Bond & Co Estates have deliberately set up in a cosy, farmland setting in Norden, in order to offer an alternative to a dull office environment and it has already proved to make a difference.

Louise Bond and Peter Spence, who set up the company on 1 March, believe that the homely atmosphere, personable, professional and knowledgeable service has been the key factor to the company's early success.

Louise said: “I have always enjoyed talking to people and I feel good customer service is paramount.”

Louise has previously been head-hunted by one of Rochdales leading estate agents and has spent over 15 years in the business but decided it was time to go it alone.

In a time of economic strain and uncertainty you can rest assured that Bond & Co know their market and have the competence and intregrity to look after your best interests and investments.

Bond & Co Estates is based at Woodhouse Fold Farm, Norden, and can be reached on:
