Campbell Price, the Curator of Egypt and the Sudan at Manchester Museum will present his talk 'Behind The Gilded Mask of Ta-Sheri-Ankh - the life and afterlife of an Egyptian Woman c.300BC' at Middleton Archaeological Society's monthly meeting.

Littleborough Civic Trust is a voluntary body affiliated to the national Civic Trust. It was established in 1971 and exists to conserve and enhance the environment of Littleborough.

Our activities depend on the interests of members, but include writing books, planting trees and encouraging Local Authority actions.

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month. Meetings are open to anyone, members or not.

The Carers’ Resource Carers’ Association Annual General Meeting

This registered charity will be updating carers on the achievements of the past 12 months.
Time: 10:20am – 10:45am Launch of the Joint Carers’ Strategy.

Live singer and entertainer Time: 10:45am – 12pm

Carers’ Sing-a-long Time: 12:30pm – 2pm Join us and sing your stress away. It’s fun, relaxing and great way to make new friends.

This session is aimed at raising the awareness of what assistive technology exists to help your loved ones. Come and test the equipment or simply watch the latest demonstrations. 

Legal Advice 1pm – 2:30pm

Meet our local solicitors offering advice on wills, power of attorney and court of protection.

For existing or new carers who want advice, information or emotional support.
